Privacy Policy

Freedom Frameworks collects information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, startup or AI-learning stage, product interest, purchase information, Launch Audit answers, premium-service application information, and messages. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Freedom Frameworks.

How information is used

We use information to deliver downloads, learning portals, and purchases; prepare and review Launch Audits; evaluate service applications; provide customer support; send requested startup or AI guidance; maintain email preferences; improve offers; prevent abuse; enforce purchase access; and comply with applicable obligations.

Your use of third-party AI tools

AI Made Simple may teach you how to use third-party AI services, but Freedom Frameworks does not receive the prompts, files, or personal information you submit directly to those services unless you separately send that information to Freedom Frameworks. Review each AI provider's privacy terms before using it, and do not submit passwords, financial account information, confidential work, private customer or employee records, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Website and campaign analytics

We record first-party funnel events such as page views, button selections, form completions, downloads, checkout starts, purchases, refunds, and service applications. The site stores a random browser session identifier and may retain campaign parameters such as UTM values and an advertising click identifier so one customer journey can be measured. For advertising measurement, Meta may receive browser and server events containing the page URL, event time, advertising cookies or click identifiers, IP address, browser information, and hashed contact information submitted with a lead request. Browser and server copies use the same event identifier so Meta can count the action once. These events do not contain payment-card data or the narrative answers entered into Audit and application forms.

Audit and application information

Launch Audit and premium-service answers are stored to provide the requested review, confirm eligibility, communicate about delivery, and maintain a service record. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, bank information, tax IDs, Social Security numbers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Email choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link included in each marketing message. The automated sequence cancels pending sends when an unsubscribe, hard bounce, block, invalid address, or spam complaint is recorded. Transactional messages related to a request, purchase, Audit, application, refund, or service may still be sent when necessary.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, payment processing, and customer service. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.
