By using Freedom Frameworks, submitting a form, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms and the Educational Disclaimer.

Digital products

Your purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business planning. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access, remove branding, or represent the materials as your own.

AI Made Simple

AI Made Simple is general educational content designed to help beginners use third-party AI tools more effectively and responsibly. Third-party AI tools are governed by their own terms, availability, pricing, privacy practices, and output limitations. Freedom Frameworks does not operate or control those tools and does not guarantee that a particular tool, feature, prompt, or output will remain available or produce a particular result.

You remain responsible for protecting sensitive and confidential information; confirming you have permission to use submitted material; reviewing outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, rights, and suitability; and obtaining qualified professional advice for medical, legal, tax, financial, employment, or other high-stakes matters.

Payments and digital delivery

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Digital access is delivered after successful payment through a purchase-bound access link. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, protecting the access link, and saving a backup of downloaded materials. Third-party processing, software, hosting, asset, and advertising expenses are not included unless a signed service agreement states otherwise.

Asynchronous Launch Audit

The Launch Audit covers one business, one audience, and one primary offer. It includes a structured intake, readiness assessment, prioritized findings, and a personalized 30-day roadmap after final human review. It does not include a live call, implementation, copywriting, website building, legal or tax advice, advertising management, or guaranteed results.

The 72-hour delivery window begins only after a complete intake and requested materials are received. Incomplete submissions may be returned for completion and pause the delivery window. Freedom Frameworks accepts no more than six Launch Audits per month. One written clarification request may be submitted within seven calendar days after delivery.

Premium services

The $1,000 Freedom Launch Blueprint and $5,000 founding Deployment Service are application-only. Freedom Frameworks accepts no more than two Blueprint projects per month and serves one active Deployment client at a time. An application does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted work requires a separate written scope, agreement, payment schedule, responsibilities, revision limits, and delivery timeline before work begins.

When stated in an accepted Deployment agreement, the full $1,000 Blueprint fee is credited against the 60% Deployment deposit. The remaining Deployment balance is paid in two 20% installments tied to the agreed build and launch milestones. The $297 Launch Audit is a separate completed service and is not credited toward premium work.

Refunds and cancellations

Because digital products are delivered immediately, digital-product purchases are generally final except where required by law or where a materially defective file cannot be replaced. A Launch Audit may be canceled for a refund before the complete intake is submitted. Once a complete intake is submitted and review begins, the Audit is generally non-refundable except where required by law. Premium-service cancellation and refund terms are controlled by the signed service agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, copy protected content, share purchase-bound links, or use the materials or services for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, tax IDs, Social Security numbers, bank information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through intake forms.

No guaranteed results

Freedom Frameworks provides planning and implementation support. Results depend on your market, offer, materials, responsiveness, decisions, and execution. Sales, profitability, traffic, approval, funding, compliance, and business success are not guaranteed.

Changes
